Adarsh Kaur Khalsa  Bio continued

Every Sunday for seven years, Adarsh taught the children of the sangat Celestial Communication, and they led the adults of the sangat during the sacred services of the Sikhs. Interestingly, Adarsh understood the power of movement and prayer since she was a young girl, and always enjoyed creating movement to sacred songs. As a teenager, she created and taught simple songs and movements to the younger children during Vacation Bible School. Yogi Bhajan wrote in a letter to Adarsh, “The sangat loves your celestial communication. It uplifts everyone.”

Adarsh loves teaching Kundalini Yoga and Celestial Communication. She has taught classes to people of all ages, as well as special workshops at 3HO Summer and Winter Solstice Celebrations, Conscious Pregnancy courses, and Teacher Training and chanting programs. In addition to teaching, Adarsh serves as the Retail Manager and Teacher Training Administrator at Yoga West. She lives in Los Angeles with her beloved husband, their two cats and a dog.
