Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
I began my yogic journey 20 years ago when I couldn't sleep while living in New York City. I was instantly hooked and became a student of Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Bikram, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong. In 2012 I was finally called to teach, receiving my training here at Yoga West.
My class is just like life, filled with challenges, encouragement, exasperation, and laughter. I want to help my students look inside and find the strength to continue even in the face of great odds.
Kundalini is here to help us move through the dance of life with grace, so we can enjoy it!
