Siridyal sees every class, breath, posture and meditation, as an opportunity to open ourselves up and nurture and heal physical and emotional parts of ourselves. Combined they will teach us to be present and aware, especially in our day to day life. Her classes tend to be inwardly-focused; however she loves to give her students a challenge too! Because she knows from personal experience that through a challenge and a “keep up attitude” we will learn to move beyond our “little comfort zone” and this can show us how strong and beautiful we truly are! Siridyal welcomes you to her classes, which are safe, nurturing and transforming.
Siridyal is happily married to Amrit Singh, and she is a certified Sat Nam Rasayan® healer and KY teacher, a certified Yoga for Youth teacher, and a certified Post Traumatic Stress Disorder teacher. Siridyal loves doing workshops for women, share the teaching of Yogi Bhajan on relationships, communication, sex and sexuality, and parenting!
