Siri Baldeep Kaur’s everyday devotion lies in expressing her joy for life through her personal practice aimed at achieving yoga (union) with her heart and her intuition. Her classes are guided by her overall mission to inspire and enliven vibrant health explored through the teachings of Kundalini Yoga. Peace of mind, a courageous spirit and the clarity we need to support our individual growth are all significant truths we can learn through a consistent yoga practice.
Together, with the art and science of Kundalini Yoga as our guide, we will deepen, expand, and focus our breath in order to bring Prana, the freshest breath of life force, into all cells and systems of the body. Siri Baldeep Kaur calls upon the beauty of Mother Earth and wisdom of the heart to create and share classes that are rich with yogic medicine for deep healing, radiance, and expansion in our lives.
